Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Flourish & Bliss ("we", "us", or "our") is the alignment coaching practice of Raejean Roberts in Gilbert, Arizona. You can reach us at hello@flourishandbliss.com or on Instagram at @flourishandbliss.

2. Information we collect

The session request form on our contact page asks for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The offering you are most interested in: a complimentary Alignment Session, Weekly Alignment, the Align & Thrive Workshop, or help choosing
• An optional note about what is calling you here

That form does not ask for a phone number, payment card, or password. A hidden field on the form is there to catch automated submissions. Please leave it blank.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools that build a profile of you. Items in the shopping basket, and the email you type into the Back to You guide or the newsletter field, stay in your browser on that device. Those fields are not delivered through the session form.

When you submit the session form, our host may record ordinary request details, such as an IP address, in the course of receiving the message.

3. How we use your information

Information from the session form is used only to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Send you a confirmation that we received it
• Follow up about the session or offering you asked about

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

4. Third-party services

We use these services to receive and answer the session form:

• Cloudflare. Submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Worker. Cloudflare may log request metadata under its own practices. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Resend. Resend delivers the notification to us and the confirmation to you. It processes the content of those emails in order to send them. See Resend's Privacy Policy.

5. Data retention

We keep session requests only as long as we need them to respond and to remember the conversation. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@flourishandbliss.com.

6. Your rights

You may ask to:

• See the personal information we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Withdraw consent for us to keep using it (this does not undo a message already sent)

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
