The journey to my blissful self
The heart behind Flourish & Bliss — a space devoted to helping you reconnect with your vision, awaken your inner calm, and live as your most blissful self.

Thank you for joining me on this exciting journey called life. Maybe you're like me — feeling like there's so much more out there, and wanting to embrace your Blissful Self.
After years of going through the motions, trying to be everything to everyone but myself, and chasing validation, I finally crashed to a very dark place.
A painful breakup. The collapse of a business. The loss of my home. Everything I thought defined me was gone, and I felt completely untethered. It was a time of sadness, pain, and deep reflection.
But sometimes, it's in the darkest moments that we find the light. As I picked up the pieces, I discovered there's so much more than just recovery. This time I'm defining who I am — and using those broken pieces to create the life I want.
Therapy was a stepping stone, but the healing felt slow, and my growth felt controlled by someone else. I started exploring spiritual practices, personal growth techniques, journaling, meditation, hypnotherapy, and holistic wellness.
Slowly, I found strength and clarity where there had once been only chaos. I learned the difference between white-flag surrender and green-flag trust. I learned that confusion is often intuition, speaking a language I hadn't studied yet. I learned to consult my future self — not as a fantasy lifestyle, but as a way of walking through this Tuesday.
Flourish and Bliss was born from this experience. I created it to share the tools and insights that helped me transform my life, hoping to inspire others who might be going through their own struggles. It's a space for anyone who's ready to embrace change, heal from the past, and step into their true potential.

I ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and help you uncover the next right step — without making you feel behind.
Breath, journals, books, a warm shower. The sacred is allowed to look like a Tuesday morning in Gilbert.
Big goals are welcome here. So is five minutes a day. Alignment is a rhythm, not a performance.
